The Favour of God

It has been on my heart to speak to you all about favour and the importance of asking God to obtain it. But what is favour?

Favour is Gods compassion and generosity shown towards us. Favour is linked to Gods grace and mercy which never come to an end; they are new every morning (Lamentations 3:22-23).

Gods favour can lead you into many blessings and provision, it can open doors that no man can shut (Revelation 3:7-8). Gods favour can open up divine protection, it can manifest into the altruism and benevolence of others, leading to life changing opportunities and positive relationships. Gods favour over your life will favour and bless the people connected to you!

I have seen the favour of God in my own life. I have seen doors of opportunities overflow for me. His protection over my life. I have a clearer direction in my life, I don’t feel lost anymore. I have a sense of purpose, a sense of peace and fulfilment (Philippians 4:7). I am happy, I have joy!

I have recently seen individuals discussing the happiness they feel now that the weather is improving, but with God I have felt that joy all year round and I pray in the name of Jesus that the God of Hope will fill you all joy and peace (Romans 15:13).

Favour is so beautiful. When you feel the favour of God, it’s an unmatched feeling, like no other. You are not entitled to favour however; you can pray your way into it and I pray this upcoming week you will be favoured! May God favour and bless you all in Jesus’ name x
